Jabson Mutadzo
Jabson Mutadzo is a high-agency labour mobility entrepreneur, licensed employment agency founder, and deal advisory consultant with over 15 years of cross-border experience. An alumnus of the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITC-ILO), he specializes in engineering international recruitment corridors and designing structural market-entry architectures across Africa.
Jabson’s distinguished career spans senior corporate consulting, regulatory law, and global development. He previously served as an International Recruitment Consultant with Cadre, where he optimized global candidate-sourcing frameworks across complex geographical zones. Within the public and international development sectors, Jabson served as Deputy Registrar of the Labour Court of Zimbabwe and a Labor Relations Officer / Arbitrator for the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Services. In these roles, he presided over hundreds of industrial disputes and audited corporate legal and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, he provided critical Research Support for Talent Outreach (East & Southern Africa) with the United Nations Volunteers (UNV), executing labor mapping assignments across seven nations to mobilize African professionals into global pools.
Today, Jabson leverages his deep statutory expertise, multi-jurisdictional financial understanding, and regulatory background to lead Digest Group (Digest Labour Centre Pvt Ltd). Under his leadership, the firm operates a high-performance, dual-engine business model. He advises foreign investors on inbound deal structuring and manages turnkey setups – including registrations, multi-currency tax frameworks, and compliance – while concurrently architecting statutory-compliant pipelines that export high-capability Zimbabwean and Zambian talent to premium global networks.
